As a dedicated coach, consultant and facilitator, I have a profound love for learning and a deep curiosity about others’ perspectives. My determination and passion drive me to advocate for equality, particularly for those living with neurodiversity. I am grateful for the progress society has already made here in Central Switzerland and remain committed to furthering these advancements.
My honesty and perseverance inspire me to continually ask, “What else is possible?” and “How can we achieve this?” I believe in fairness, recognising that it can mean different things to different people. Drawing from my career, education, and lived experiences as an ADHDer myself, I strive to empower others to create a reality that is both just and gratifying to them.

Quira LOVES meeting people. She is an Australian Cobberdog, a pure breed specifically designed to be therapy dogs. ‘Cobber’ means ‘friend’ in Australia, and that’s exactly what she wants to be - your friend.
Interacting with dogs can lower stress by decrease cortisol levels and increase the ‘love’ or ‘bonding’ hormone, oxytocin. As a result, they can help create a safe and secure environment that is optimal for developing emotional resilience. This can also enhancing people's ability to learn and use new strategies in different settings.
Quira is hypoallergenic, so there’s almost no chance you will have an allergic reaction to her. Her presences in sessions is optional.
